目的:在於探討位於南台灣某精神專科醫院的有效職能復健方案如何促進對於心理衛生機構的服務品質的滿意度。45名研究參與者填寫一套包括基本社經地位背景資料、疾病診斷、工作史、工作滿意度、及機構滿意度量表。研究分析以SPSS12.0進行單因子變異數分析及回歸分析。結果發現:對於精障者職能復健而論,復健工作方案的類型無顯著促進對於心理衛生機構服務的滿意度。工作的滿意度對於機構服務的滿意度為顯著的預測因子。結論:此研究與西方文獻發現相互支持,工作滿意度能影響精神疾患者對心理衛生服務機構的滿意度。
Satisfaction with received mental health services is an important indicator for an effective rehabilitation. This study explores the effectiveness of vocational rehabilitation programs on psychiatric patients at a Mental Hospital in Southern Taiwan. Vocational rehabilitation programs at mental health services have become a focus of concern among mental health professionals for an independent culture, however, does it apply for an interdependent culture. We use multiple regression models to analyze indicators of job satisfaction and types of vocational rehabilitation program on satisfaction with received mental health services for psychiatric patients in an interdependent culture. There are four categories: socio-demographic characteristics, diagnosis, work history variables (as controls), and job satisfaction variable. Like Western studies, job satisfaction, in itself, lead to a better satisfaction with mental health services.
