“身心障礙者職業輔導評量辦法”明文規定身心障礙者在接受職業輔導評量時,得依其身心障礙者之障礙類型、障礙程度調整評量過程和工具之選用,或是提供相關服務措施。常見之測驗調整為調整測驗的內容與呈現方式、調整測驗反應方式、及調整測驗環境等三類。然而測驗調整後之施測情境與程序的差異,可能使得標準化測驗的心理計量特性受到考驗,原測驗之信度、效度、及公平性將受到質疑。本文將探討職業輔導評量中,標準化測驗之測驗調整以及心理計量特性的相關議題,並提出對於未來職業輔導評量實務工作及研究之建議。
The Vocational Rehabilitation Assessment Regulation (1998) mandated the use of appropriate test accommodation strategies when administering vocational assessment for people with disabilities. Decisions about test accommodation need to take several factors into consideration, such as types of disabilities and levels of functions. Strategies of test accommodation include alteration of test contexts, procedures or formats. However, any deviations from the standard test administration might hinder the reliability, validity and fairness of the tests. This article will review the issues of test accommodation and psychometrics in the administration of standardized tests. Implications for clinical practice and further research in vocational evaluation are suggested.
